少女的红缨帽

在56个民族之外，还存在着很多未被国家承认的民族，他们有自己的语言、服饰和生活习惯。比如现居住在黔东南的革家、西家，虽然被暂时列入苗族，但他们却有着自己独特的体系。因为革家的独特或其他原因，目前国家尚未定其民族属别，外界习惯上称之为”革家”。革家人约有6万多人，主要聚居在黔东南，其中又以黄平县的重安江流域最为集中。从凯里市坐车北上十多公里，下车后走约30分钟的田间小路，就是龙场镇的麻塘村了。前年十月，我在这里住了一个月。

革家人自称是后羿的后人，自古以来都在自家的神台上摆放着弓箭，并以此祭祀祖先和缅怀祖先的功绩.在堂屋里面对大门的正前壁上安一个祖先台位，上面有天地君亲师的牌位或字奉。右角挂着一副用竹条做成的小巧玲珑的红白弓箭。

革家女人从头到脚的服饰，记满了革家人的历史。姑娘的红穗帽代表太阳帽,帽顶的正中央插着一根方锥形银簪是箭，银圈是弓，妇女后脑勺上网的髻，里面包着的一个圆球是太阳，弯弓是月亮。身上的贯首衣是铠甲，裙子、绑带和腰带上的图案则描绘了先祖征战打仗的历史。身上是红、白、蓝三色相间且带着各种图案的蜡染衣，腿上是红色的绣花绑腿，颈挂银项圈，腰系百褶裙，围裙外还系着围腰。这跟我们所探访过的少数民族多有不同。一般的少数民族，平常穿衣服比较朴素，只有在节日里才穿上五彩缤纷的盛装秀上一次，而革家人，尤其是革家的女人，就是在干农活的时候也是这红彤彤的一身。她们在衣服外还要套一件马鞍款式的夹心两层肩披，如同古代的铠甲。族长跟我解释说：革家姑娘这身打扮，是从古代武将的着装演变过来的，尤其是头上的红缨帽，是武将的头盔演变而成。乍一看去，英姿飒爽，细细端详，则精致玲珑。已婚妇女不戴红缨帽，而是代之以绣工精美的头帕，再扎上一根红边绣带。她们多头挽发髻，发髻外套自织的青纱网套，平时衣着以青色为主，节日时穿的盛装才与未婚少女无别。

革家人的每一个按祖鼓划分的家族都通行阴阳组织领导体系。这种组织分别按阴系和阳系建立，是家族内的最高领导机构，其代表是阴、阳族长。管祭祀、为人祈祷的称阴族长，管社会分工、家庭派丁的称阳族长。阴族长用蛋卜方式选定；阳族长民主推举产生。阴、阳两系组织有分工，也有合作。涉及家族重大事务，如举行大祭祖，与外族发生战争、重大制度的建立与改革、重大婚丧事故等，通过阴、阳两系组织”修龙”（相当于联席议事会），共同协商解决。

革家人坚定地相信自己的祖先来自东方，东方是太阳升起的地方。
